The Montrose Redevelopment Authority / TIRZ 27 is conducting a study to identify parking challenges and develop proposed policy solutions. To help better understand where the parking challenges are and what solutions are viable, the TIRZ conducted a parking survey.

Survey results will be posted after the study is completed and presented to the board. We will provide an update at that time.

The survey is one portion of an overall parking study being funded by the Montrose Redevelopment Authority/TIRZ 27. As part of the study, an inventory is being conducted of non-residential off-street parking lots and garages, and on-street parking. The inventory and study will help provide a clearer picture of the parking situation in Montrose. All of this information will be utilized to make recommendations regarding parking.
