Montrose Parking Survey
The Montrose Redevelopment Authority / TIRZ 27 conducted a study to identify parking challenges and develop proposed policy solutions.
Montrose Parking Survey Results are In.
After a thorough outreach effort, 1,271 residents, businesses and visitors responded and took the survey.
The results of the survey will be presented at the May board meeting, Monday, May 18 from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 1827 W. Alabama Street, Havens Center, Houston, Texas. The survey presentation will summarize input received on:
- Parking availability and demand
- Heat maps (e.g., not enough parking, too much parking, unwanted vehicles being parked)
- Residential permit parking
- Existing and future policy
The presentation includes:
- The supply/demand analysis overview which will share supply and demand by weekday, weekend, and daytime vs. evening.
- The parking code review is a snapshot of the current requirements and tools which exist.
