HOUSTON, TX (April 22, 2025) – The Montrose TIRZ 27 board approved a budget amendment of $11.5 million for capital improvements at the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center on West Gray. The board voted on the amendment at its April 21, 2025 meeting. The funds were previously earmarked for the Freed Library renovation. The board voted in
